We are looking for a Warranty Analyst on a contract basis, initially for 6 months, to be based at the manufacturers UK head office in Hertfordshire.

The role of Warranty Analyst is offered on a contract basis, based in Hertfordshire and offers hybrid working, 3 days in the office and 2 work from home

Main tasks:

Deployment of AMIEO warranty and technical goodwill policy to each dealer in the market under his/her responsibility and ensure all claims are in line with Company policy and standards.

Ensure accurate and consistent interpretation of EWPPM (European Warranty Policies & Procedures Manual).

Maintain the relationship with the Technical and Parts L1 teams as well as customer service to ensure seamless collaboration in the RBU.

Essential Skills/Requirements:

Warranty experience within the automotive industry

Good communication skills / relationship building

Good PC skills

Full UK Driving Licence
