About the Company
We are experts in bespoke solar panel installation, electric vehicle charging and battery storage. We provide a full range of strategic energy services to enable households, businesses, schools, and community buildings to generate their own electricity.
But it isn’t just all about buildings or technology for us, it’s really about people. Alongside our technical expertise, we feel that an equally valuable feature is our personal approach to our customer and their property when it comes to energy solutions. We listen, recommend, advise, and discuss everything with them, to obtain the right system for their needs. If the property is not suitable for PV, or if we believe that there are other, more effective ways of reducing the carbon footprint and saving money, then we will say so. We rely on our current and previous customers for bringing in new customers, so we like our relationships to last.

About the Role
We are looking for a qualified domestic and commercial electrician to join the company. Our work is across the country, so you must be willing to travel and stay away where needed (accommodation, breakfast and dinner will be provided). You will work alongside our Technical Director during your probation period, to ascertain the company standards and learn the commissioning process. Previous Solar PV installation experience is essential. You must have a passion for the renewable energy sector with a positive, can-do attitude and be willing to get stuck into all aspects of the installations including the roof work. You will be expected to work as a team but also independently so, you will need to be a good communicator and customer focused. There will be times that you need to think on your feet and problem solve. You must have a hands-on approach and be willing to help out on other areas of the installations where needed.
