Location: Various locations (Mileage paid)
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, up to 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Are you a registered Paediatric Nurse experienced in delivering a range of delegated skills for example Peg care, bowel care, ventilation, tracheostomy care with a passion for complex care in the community We are seeking a motivated Paediatric Nurse to join our dedicated team and help shape the future of paediatric clinical practice through high-quality education and training. Whilst providing clinical support in care packages.
It is essential that you have the clinical skills, knowledge and experience to deliver high quality training.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide support and clinical oversight for care packages.
• Deliver evidence-based education and training to clinical staff in a range of settings.
• Develop, implement, and review tailored educational programs that support the development and competence of our healthcare teams.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to clinical staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills to deliver exceptional care.
• Assess staff training needs and evaluate the impact of educational programs on clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate with clinical managers and other stakeholders to promote continuous professional development across paediatric services.
• Stay current with developments in paediatric care and education, ensuring the highest standards are maintained.
Skills & Experience:
• Valid NMC Registered Paediatric Nurse with significant experience in paediatrics in the community setting,
• Previous experience in clinical education, training, or mentoring within a paediatric healthcare setting.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to design, deliver, and evaluate engaging and effective educational programs.
• Demonstrated ability to assess staff learning needs and adapt training content accordingly.
• A proactive and collaborative approach to working with multidisciplinary teams.

What We Offer:
• Competitive salary between £40,000 and £45,000 per annum.
• Paid mileage for travel between locations.
