About the Role:

Our client, a top-tier UK utility provider, is seeking Multi-Utility Estimators to join the Business Development Team at their Head Office in the North West. With continuous growth across the UK, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that plays a crucial role in securing new business. As a Multi-Utility Estimator, you’ll be responsible for creating competitive utility tenders for housing, industrial, and commercial clients across five operational regions. You will work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the tendering process.

While experience in a similar role is preferred, comprehensive training and a cross-departmental immersion period will be provided to ensure a seamless transition for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare comprehensive utility tender quotations for gas, water, electric, street lighting, fibre, and vehicle charging solutions for both residential and industrial/commercial projects.

* Coordinate with adoption partners to apply for asset value quotations.

* Collaborate with key account managers and the broader tendering team to deliver high-quality, timely tenders that meet customer requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

* Experience: Previous experience as a Multi-Utility Estimator or similar role in the utilities sector is advantageous.

* Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

* Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft programs.

* Commercial Acumen: Strong numeracy and commercial awareness.

* Team-Oriented: Ability to thrive in a team environment, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines.
