What do we need?

* A true 50/50 mechanical & electrical engineer—because versatility is king.

* NVQ L3+ in mechanical/electrical (HNC/HND? Even better!)

* Fabrication & welding? Yes, please.

* Experience in food production or manufacturing? Massive bonus.
