Are you a Powertrain Engineer looking to work for one of the most prestigious manufacturers in the world? Are you looking to become a problem solving specialist, where your expertise will have a direct directly impact the production efficiency of a globally renowned OEM?

You will join a dedicated team of hands-on problem-solving engineers, working to analyse data from customer audits, defects, and warranty returns. Your role will involve developing solutions to optimize manufacturing processes. With a background in Powertrain, a hands on mindset and an understanding of quality tools, you'll bring the essential skills required to excel as a problem solving Powertrain Engineer.

This company has over a century of history and innovation and are highly regarded as industry leaders in what they do. They like to progress from within and off the back of recent promotions, they are now looking for an additional engineer to join their specialist team.

This position would suit a hands on Powertrain Engineer, who is looking to be recognised as a technical solutions expert, with training and development, opportunities to progress technically, a variety of exciting work and a competitive benefits package.

DUTIES
* Analyse data to identify problems and enhance manufacturing performance
* Apply quality tools to conduct Root Cause Analysis
* Lead initiatives in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement

PERSON
* Background in Powertrain, preferably within the Automotive sector
* Familiarity with quality and problem-solving methodologies
* Hands on engineer
