Hunter AHP are currently seeking a highly skilled Locum Clinical Pharmacist to join an NHS hospital in Sussex. This is a fantastic opportunity for a pharmacist with clinical experience to contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care in a dynamic NHS environment. The role is ongoing and offers competitive hourly rates of £28 - £31 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing clinical pharmacy services across various hospital departments
Conducting medication reviews and optimising medication therapy for patients
Offering expert advice on the safe and effective use of medications
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best patient outcomes
Supporting the education and training of healthcare professionals on pharmacological matters
Reviewing and advising on treatment regimens, particularly for complex cases
Ensuring compliance with hospital protocols and NHS guidelines
Requirements:

Previous clinical pharmacy experience in an NHS or hospital setting is essential
Current registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
Strong clinical knowledge and experience in medication management
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with multidisciplinary teams
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Full-time availability for ongoing hours
