Are you passionate about supporting children with behavioural needs? We are seeking a dedicated Behavioural Teaching Assistant to work with Key Stage 1 (KS1) pupils in a vibrant school in Morecambe.

Your Role:

? Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with behavioural challenges
? Assist in delivering tailored learning activities
? Work collaboratively with teachers, SEN staff, and parents
? Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being

About You:

✔️ Experience working with children with behavioural needs (KS1 preferred)
✔️ Ability to manage challenging behaviour with patience and resilience
✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Understanding of safeguarding practices
✔️ A caring and supportive approach to learning
