Floor Host - Aldgate - Zero Hour Contract (Immediate Start)

Location: Aldgate

Hours of Work: Mon - Thurs 9am - 4pm

Hourly Pay Rate: £16.00p/h Via Umbrella

A World Leading Service Provider who operate on an International scale is seeking an experienced Floor Host based in the Aldgate area on a zero hour contract working at a large corporate office site. The successful candidate would ideally need to be very client facing and comes from a facilities coordinator background. The candidate would need be available at given time of when the site needs cover upon request.

Key Responsibilities include:

* Keeping the refuel points stocked fridges with milks, cupboards with tea, squash coffee & hot chocolate

* Filling and emptying the dishwashers of each refuel point

* Routine floor checks making sure that there are board pens and wipers in meeting rooms

* Ensuring that the audio devices work on the screens

* Removing hazards such as wires or open grommets, ensuring that the office areas are presentable and tidy

* Adding appropriate signage/ notices and removing outdated or unauthorised ones

* Printer area/ keeping the printer full, making sure that the stationary drawers are full of stock

* Reporting any plant issues to the plant team and removing dead leaves

* Reporting any temperature issues to the facilities

Key Requirements:

* Must be available when needed hence zero hour contract

* Must be physically fit as there is lot of walking about

* Excellent communication (face to face, telephone and written)

* Well presented with excellent attention to detail.

* Extremely organised individual.
