We are seeking a Mobile Maintenance Operative to work across four sites in Poole and Dorchester, supporting a Police and Fire contract. This role is ideal for a skilled maintenance professional with experience in facilities management (FM), looking for a varied and mobile position.

Key Responsibilities for a Maintenance Operative:

* Carry out general maintenance, repairs, and minor works across multiple sites.

* Ensure all work meets health & safety regulations and service standards.

* Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance.

* Respond to reactive maintenance tasks as required.

* Liaise with site teams and contractors to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements for a Maintenance Operative:

* Experience in a facilities management (FM) or building maintenance role.

* Strong handyperson skills, including basic plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs.

* Full UK driving licence (company van & fuel card provided).

* Ability to work independently across multiple locations.

* Good communication and problem-solving skills.
