We are working with a leading energy trading company that are looking for a dynamic Front Office Business Analyst to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with traders, and other front office professionals to drive business efficiency and support strategic decision-making.

Your Responsibilities

* Work directly with front office teams to gather, analyse and document business requirements

* Liaise between front office, IT and operations teams to ensure smooth communication and implementation

* Collaborate on the development, enhancement and maintenance of trading and risk management systems.

* Ensure seamless integration and functionality across platforms

* Stay updated on industry trends and ensure that all solutions meet compliance requirements

Key Skills

* At least 3 years experience as a Business Analyst

* Prior experience working in a trading environment (Ideally Energy Trading)

* Proficiency in Excel, SQL and other data analysis tools

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Benefits

* Salary up to 90k + 10% pension with up to 20-40% bonus
