Quality Assurance Administration
A fantastic career development opportunity has become available as a Quality Assurance Assistant, with one of the UKs leading FMCG and Chemical manufacturers. The role itself will be to assist the Quality assurance team with documentation and communication with suppliers.
Key Responsibilities for the Quality Assurance Administration
Assist the Quality Assurance team with administrative tasks.
Telephone communication with customers and other sites.
Filling of documentation in accordance with cGMP.
Review and actively try and assist with customer complaints.
Assist with internal GMP audits (when required)
Effective usage of QMS
Requirements for the Quality Assurance Administration
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work all Microsoft platforms.
Experience working with documentation and ideally within a regulated environment.
