Our client is looking for a Qualified Solicitor who has 5 years experience and can confidently deal independently with:
* Disputed Attorney/ Deputy appointments
* Statutory Wills
* Injunctions to protect estate assets
* TOLATA claims
* Validity – challenges to wills and lifetime gifts on the basis of lack of capacity, undue influence or lack of knowledge and approval
* Inheritance Act claims
* Trust Disputes
* Removal of Executors
* Executorship disputes
Experience required:
* SQE Qualified
* Law Degree
* 5 years experience in a similar role
