Exciting Opportunity: Maintenance Technician Role for a Leading Client in the Formula One and Aerospace Industries

Our client, a specialist finishing company operating in the prestigious Formula One Motor Racing and Aerospace sectors, is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position based at their Towcester facility.

Key Responsibilities:

* Media Control: Grading and managing shot and other media, ensuring adherence to control procedures.

* Machine Maintenance: Changing shot supplies, emptying, cleaning, and replacing media in line with the production schedule.

* Routine Maintenance: Performing regular machine inspections, strip-downs, and cleaning in accordance with the maintenance matrix.

* Support Projects and Repairs: Assisting the Maintenance Manager with projects and responding to reactive repair needs as they arise.

Ideal Candidate: The successful candidate will bring a positive, "can-do" attitude, along with integrity, diligence, and a willingness to learn. Prior experience in an engineering or maintenance environment is beneficial but not required, as full training will be provided.
