They are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Furniture and Flooring Salesperson.

The Furniture & Flooring Salesperson will be involved in:

* Providing exceptional customer service to clients visiting the showroom

* Guiding customers through the selection and purchase process

* Initiate customer interactions using the existing database and actively engage with potential customers.

* Manage customer orders from sale to delivery, ensuring a seamless experience.

* Manually handle heavy furniture and flooring products in the showroom, including receiving deliveries and maintaining warehouse inventory.

* Collaborate with the business owner to develop effective sales strategies and promote best-selling products.

* Schedule flooring measures at customer residences for our flooring estimator.

* Assist with marketing and social media campaigns as needed.

* Maintain accurate customer records and ensure the showroom is well-presented at all times.

* Occasionally assist with customer deliveries, working alongside the delivery team.

The Furniture & Flooring Salesperson will have:

* Strong customer handling skills and the ability to adapt product offerings to meet customer needs.

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

* Knowledge of furniture and/or flooring sales preferred, but outstanding candidates with sales experience in other areas will be considered.

* College-level education preferred

* Proficiency in email, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and familiarity with e-commerce websites

* Knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok is a plus.

* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
