Communications Executive

We are recruiting a creative and detail-oriented communicator for an established business with an instantly recognisable customer base. In this role, you’ll be key to driving the company’s internal and external communications.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare Company Presentations: Craft compelling presentations that showcase the products and vision to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

* Update Social Media: Manage and update the social media platforms with engaging, relevant content to grow the online presence and drive engagement.

* Create Promotional Literature: Design brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials that effectively communicate the products and values.

* Internal Newsletters: Develop and distribute internal newsletters to keep employees informed and engaged with company news, updates, and success stories.

* Employee & Customer Surveys: Create and analyse employee and customer satisfaction surveys to help improve workplace culture and enhance the customer experience.

* Attend Expos & Industry Events: Represent the company at expos, trade shows, and industry events, networking with key stakeholders and promoting the brand.

* Collaborate with NPD on Branding: Work closely with the New Product Development (NPD) team to ensure cohesive and innovative branding for new products.

What We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills. You’ll be experienced in social media management and a confident content creator and digital marketeer. Able to produce visually appealing presentations as well as promotional material, all done with the highest attention to detail.

This is a very fast paced job, you must be able to embrace change and manage multiple projects at once. Naturally a creative, highly organised and a strong people person are key attributes required.

Salary on the position is circa £30-£35k. Although they are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, you’ll be fully supported internally and able to tap into a wealth of knowledge to help make this a success. There is room to grow and really develop this into something of your own in a company that has doubled in size in recent years.

The job is based on site, 5 days with flexibility around start times
