Hoop Nursing & Healthcare are seeking an Area Manager, for a service supporting adults with ASD and additional needs, in the Conwy and Flintshire area.

As the Area Manager, some of the key responsibilities include:

* Responsibility for ensuring support services within the area are managed
to the highest of standards

* Ensuring colleagues are well-managed and lead / manage practice that promotes the safeguarding of individuals

* Playing a significant role in developing and maintaining positive
relations with external stakeholders

Essential

* Must have the QCF Level 5 in Management

* Must be confident and experienced in CIW standards

* Must be prepared to travel across counties

* Must be a car driver, with access to a vehicle
