Nursing Home Manager

Salary: £65,000 - £70,000

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Nursing Home Manager to take the reins of a well-established nursing home. Qualifications and Experience:
Nursing Qualification: Active UK NMC Pin.

Proven Track Record: Extensive experience as a Nursing Home Manager, with success in driving significant improvements and securing positive CQC outcomes.

In-Depth Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and legislative requirements.

Leadership Excellence: Ability to inspire, mentor, and develop teams to deliver exceptional care.

Strategic Thinker: Skilled in resource management, financial planning, and performance monitoring.
