Senior Contract Manager

? Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Contract Manager, you will:

Lead a professional contract management team to deliver exceptional performance aligned with government and organisational priorities.
Develop and implement robust Contract Management Plans covering delivery performance, risk management, and contract reviews.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet business requirements and champion contract best practices.
Implement a Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) framework to manage supplier performance, risks, and opportunities.
Support procurement activities by developing contract templates and bespoke terms.
Lead negotiations and establish strategies to mitigate contract risks.
Monitor supplier risks and develop corrective action plans where necessary.? Essential Criteria:
To succeed in this role, you will need:

Active SC Clearance
Extensive experience in commercial contract drafting and amending T&Cs.
In-depth knowledge of Public Procurement Policy.
Experience working closely with legal teams.
MCIPs certification or an equivalent professional qualification.✨ Desirable Skills:

Experience in security or defence environments.
