Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Housing Assistant for a public sector organisation on a temporary basis in West Yorkshire.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Housing Assistant:

Delivering a first class housing service to social housing tenants
Taking calls from tenants surrounding general housing related enquiries, including ASB
Arranging tenancy inspections and home visits
Preparing new tenancy starter packs
Managing the housing inbox
Acting as a liaison between tenants and housing management.
Assisting with the collation of paperwork for cases such as evictions

Requirements of the Housing Assistant:

Previous experience working within a similar role within a social housing environment
