Hybrid Working possible - 3 days in the office 2 days at home

Our very friendly membership client in Rugby is seeking a proactive, customer focussed individual to join their busy team.

Main tasks:

* Providing guidance and support to their members

* Assist applicants on their on line portal

* Advise on membership benefits

* Liaising with members via email, phone, chat

* Managing the application process through CRM, portals and other systems

* Production of of data for analysis

* Production of reports

Person Spec:

* Educated to secondary level education including English and Mathematics

* Superb customer service skills

* Excellent IT skills (all Microsoft Applications)

* Previous CRM experience essential

* Quick to pick up new systems and processes

* A proactive learner

* Strong attention to detail with an excellent level of accuracy

* Excellent communication skills via email, video calls, telephony, web chat

* The ability to work at pace and to tight deadlines

Desirable:

* Business process experience

* Experience of SharePoint and Microsoft Dynamics 365

* Experience of working for a membership/volunteers
