Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with statutory and company procedures.
Manage SHEQ risks and maintain a safe working environment.
Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Oversee service delivery across multiple locations, meeting SLA and KPI targets.
Manage the contract's financial performance and ensure compliance through regular audits.
Lead and develop a team through training and reviews. Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in contract management within Facilities Management.
Technical background in HVAC, with relevant qualifications (H&S, M&E, Legionella).
Strong problem-solving skills, CAFM system experience, and a clean driving license.
