Our client is a leading automotive and medical component manufacturer in Ilkeston. We are looking for an assembly operative to join the team and if successful this position would start immediately and could lead to a permanent contract

• Rotating shifts, 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm

Role Overview:
As an assembly operative, you will be responsible for assembling lightweight automotive or medical components. Previous experience in soldering, crimping, plastic injection moulding and general assembly would be advantageous, but not essential.

• Ability to hit work targets at required quality standards

Skills and Experience:
• Previous production manufacturing is essential
• Good communication skills
• Must be able to provide recent work references to demonstrate reliability and trustworthiness
