We are expanding our Construction Division and need a Recruitment Resourcer to help us source top-quality temporary workers for a range of construction projects.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Sourcing and screening candidates for temporary construction roles
- Building strong relationships with workers and clients
- Writing and posting job adverts to attract top talent
- Managing compliance, right-to-work checks, and onboarding processes
- Maintaining an active database of available workers
- Supporting consultants with placements and job fulfilment

What We’re Looking For:

* Experience in recruitment, resourcing, or a similar fast-paced role (preferred but not essential)

* Knowledge of the construction industry or an interest in learning

* A confident communicator with great people skills

* Highly organised with strong attention to detail

* Ability to multitask and work under pressure

* A proactive and driven attitude to succeed
