About the company:

I'm currently working with an international commercial fit-out contractor. My client specalises in making high spec commercial interior spaces for clients across europe. They cover a variety of different sectors including workspace, retail and hospitality spaces.

About the Role:

This is a freelance Site Manager position starting on the 30th of September. You will be Senior Site Manager on a retail shop fit-out project in the heart of Liverpool. The working hours of the role are 7:30 am - 17:30 am, Monday to Thursday and 7:30 am - 16:30 am on a Friday. Scheduled weekend and out of hours work may also be required.

Salary:

* £230 - £250 (Depending on experience)

Requirements:

* 5+ years as a Site Manager on Commercial Fit-out projects. Ideally fast-track shop fit-out projects.

* SMSTS

* First Aid Trained

* Driving License (Desirable but not essential)
