Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee and manage civil engineering projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of civil construction processes. This role requires an individual who can effectively supervise teams, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

* Manage daily operations on-site, ensuring that all activities are executed according to project specifications and timelines.

* Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, providing guidance and support as needed.

* Monitor project progress and report on any issues or delays to senior management.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular site inspections to identify potential hazards.

* Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

* Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and any changes to project plans.

* Provide training and mentorship to junior staff members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

* Proven experience in a supervisory role within Telecoms or Construction.

* Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

* Proficient in using relevant software tools for project management and reporting.

* A solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

* Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and adapt to changing site environments.
