Join our dynamic team as an Electrician, where you'll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our electrical systems. This position involves both Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine inspections and servicing of electrical systems to prevent issues.
Schedule and perform testing on emergency lighting, generators, UPS systems, and electrical panels.
Respond promptly to electrical faults and breakdowns, diagnosing and repairing issues to minimize disruption.
Test and ensure compliance of emergency lighting and standby generators.
Install and modify electrical systems to meet business needs, collaborating with contractors for larger projects.
Maintain detailed service logs and provide regular updates to the Site Supervisor.
Engage professionally with clients and stakeholders, ensuring high standards of work.Qualifications:

Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Relevant certifications (e.g., City & Guilds 18th Edition, NVQ Level 3).
3-5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a commercial environment.
Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) and CAFM systems is a plus.Skills:

Strong knowledge of electrical systems and equipment, including HVAC controls.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.Physical Requirements:

Ability to work in various conditions, including confined spaces and heights, and lift up to 50 pounds.Benefits:
