Tyre Technician required in Portmouth, Hampsire!

Basic Salary up to £35,500, OTE £40,000

Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:00, 1 in 2 Saturdays 08:30 – 13:00Our client is a Multi-Site Dealership group with a larger presence within Hampshire and the Southwest covering over 50 sites and over 20 well established automotive brands, ranging from the strong volume performers to Prestige, Niche & High-End Vehicle. At this site they represent one of the most well-known prestige brands in the automotive industry, with a great range of both Electric and ICE vehicles within their range.

They are currently seeking a Tyre Technician for modern workshop and showroom, with the latest equipment for all workshop needs. You will be working with a well know, popular and reliable brand of vehicle and benefit from regular manufacturer product training

Our client is seeking Technicians of all experiences at this stage, whether you are strong diagnostic technician with electric wizardry, a strong service technician with brilliant productivity or junior vehicle technician with a brilliant attitude to learning, then we want to speak with you!

A Competitive Basic Salary up to £25,500 DOE £30,000 OTE
Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00, 1 in 2 Saturdays 08:00 - 13:00
Progression, training and development within a large group!
Experience preferred but not essential as training will be provided - a keen attitude and willingness to learn is essential!Duties of Tyre Technician with our Client

Repairing damaged vehicles in line with the Manufacturer’s specifications
Assisting with the completion of tyre fitting and repairs on a variety of cars and light vehicles in compliance with company procedure and Health & Safety regulations.
You will ensure the work is carried out to a high standard in line with our customer journey and for portraying a professional image.What our Client expects of their Tyre Technicians

Ideally experience in Tyre Technician role would be an advantage Experience and background as a component tyre fitter either through experience through employment or an apprenticeship
Full valid UK Driving Licence
Excellent customer service skills
Experience in a professional workshop environment
Reliable and the ability to work to deadlines
Productive approach to tasks and a proactive nature
The willingness to constantly learn and improve your knowledge
