Title – Security Officer

Pay Rate – £13.50

Location – Southampton/Portsmouth/Gosport

Shift Timings – 48 hours per week, weekdays/nights/weekends – covering holiday and sickness

Essentials

driving licence with access to own car

SIA Licence

You will be working as a senior relief officer based in hospitals, universities, and corporate building. For this role, you will be responsible for controlling the access and egress of the site, as well as providing both safety and security for staff and visitors. As this is a front of house role, the right candidate must be confident in their ability to affectively communicate in a polite and professional manor.

As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

* Monitoring and responding to all CCTV alarms generated on our clients Site

* Producing and Sending incident reports to high management and clients

* Responding and dispatching mobile drivers or police to keyholding requests

* Incident Reporting – Liaising with clients regarding on-site incidents, following escalation processes and procures, as necessary

* Taking Incoming calls from various third parties, clients and management

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

* SIA licensed essential.

* To be Proactive, responsible, reliable and capable of leading a team of employees.

* Able to interact and influence front line colleagues and management team to ensure all contractual requirements are fulfilled

* Ability to lead a team with the ability to motivate, listen, support and communicate effectively
