An ambitious FM provider are currently looking for a Fabric Supervisor with experience in Fire Door installation and maintenance for a high profile site in the city of London. Key Responsibilities
Conduct fire door inspections and remedial work in line with current fire safety regulations 
Install, maintain, and repair fire doors and passive fire protection elements
Provide accurate reports and recommendations following inspections
Carry out general building fabric maintenance, including carpentry, minor repairs, and refurbishments
Work closely with clients to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Identify and rectify defects to enhance the longevity and safety of fire doors
