As a Clinical Unit Manager, you will:

Take responsibility for a specific part of the care home.
Deliver the highest level of care.
Manage the home in the absence of the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager.
Report and monitor residents' health issues.
Administer medication.

Be a Registered Nurse with a valid PIN number.
Have a passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge.
Provide support as a practice supervisor and assessor.
Demonstrate effective communication skills.
Advocate for a person-centred approach to care.
Recognise and act on signs of abuse, harm, or neglect.
