They are currently seeking a Sales Manager to join their London-based team, covering the area within the M25. This is an exciting opportunity to drive new business and build strong relationships with clients in the groundworks and construction sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue from existing and new products.
Promote pre-engineered solutions and create bespoke design briefs for the engineering team.
Build and nurture relationships with new and existing customers, focusing on large and national accounts.
Engage with internal teams and key stakeholders to accelerate customer growth.
Stay informed on new projects and schemes in the groundworks and construction sectors.Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of sales experience with groundworks companies.
Strong background in civil engineering, construction, or plant hire.
Excellent customer-facing skills.
