The role

* Manage staff ensuring objectives and customer service standards are met

* Implement new company policies and procedures by developing plans and instructing staff

* Review operations and staff to identify any issues and ways to develop further

* Provide coaching and feedback to staff and assess performance on an ongoing basis

* Deliver a high level of service providing a positive experience for our guests

* Manage the restaurant to meet or exceed standards in food quality, safety, and cleanliness

* Monitor product and labour costs and remain within budget

* Assess feedback and customers needs

* Staff training

* Handle complaints and resolve

* Develop and implement creative solutions to areas of improvement#

Skills & Experience

* The ability to use a computer and the main software packages competently

This role would suit someone with a strong background in management and hospitality. The site is commutable from Norwich, Diss, Bury St. Edmunds, Bungay, Beccles and surrounding areas. Own transport would be required.
