Duties will include:
* Preparing purchase orders in accordance with requests for materials
* Processing purchase ledger invoices
* Sales order and invoice processing
* Banking and bank reconciliations
* Statement reconciliations
* Arrange travel bookings/hotel flights
* Query resolutions around good in and goods out
* Maintain office supplies and inventory
* Filing and data entry
The successful candidate will have worked in both a finance and administrative role previously, be comfortable using Excel and be able to demonstrate the ability to work well within a small team
