You will be joining our Housing First Team, which currently operates in Hastings and Rother. Your working hours will be 9-5 Monday to Thursday, 9-4:30 on Fridays.
We are looking for passionate candidates who are committed to providing trauma-informed support services to individuals with health, housing, and/or substance dependency needs. Access to a car is necessary for this role, but mileage and car user allowance will be paid in addition to your salary.
All new team members will receive training and a full induction to ensure they are equipped to provide the best possible support to our clients.

Please note: The job title of Housing Support Specialist is currently under consultation with staff, and proposals are in place to implement changes. The title currently in use is Housing First Worker.
The salary for this role will increase to £27,128 from 1st February 2025. The year 2 salary will be £27,917, rising to £28,687 in year 3.
