IT Support Analyst, Onsite, £22 p/h InsideIR35:
We are seeking an It Support Analyst to join an exciting client's team on a temporary basis for a 3-month contract. We are looking for candidates with a strong background in IT customer service and first line support, looking to advance their career in an exciting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for day-to-day IT support
Working on a busy helpdesk, owning and managing calls
Working under SLAs
Providing excellent customer service
Effective management of incidents and service requests
Essential Skills Required:
Previous IT support work experience
ITIL knowledge
Strong Infrastructure knowledge
Experience with hardware and applications
Customer service skills
Good communication skills
