We are currently seeking an experienced, multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer based in or around the Reading area for an exciting new opportunity with a rapidly growing client.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of trade experience and be qualified to Level 3 (or equivalent).

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of up to £45,000, working Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00. You will be responsible for looking after 6-7 commercial buildings on a large estate.

Duties include:

PPM

Reactive Maintenance

AHU

BMS

FCU

Electrical & Mechanical works.
