Our client is looking for an experienced CALL CENTRE Customer Support Assistant.
You must have experience of working in a CALL CENTRE
Office based call taking, part of a team of 13.
Responding to queries around switch board calls, waste and environment and taking spring clean and garden waste payments.
1-2-1 training will be given by an experienced team member and a paired working environment in the office will be arranged for support while learning.
System training will be given so that jobs can be raised and payments can be taken.
