Project:

Construction of access road and construction of FRC structures (retaining walls, wing walls, abutments & piers). 52 week programme circa £10m NEC Option A.

Scope:

* Health & Safety: Approving Permit System and Maintaining Register

* Approval of RAMS

* Manage Subcontract Packages

* Oversee QA undertaken by Quality Engineer to maintain ITP

* Raise RFI & TQ with Design Teams

* Collaborate with Commercial staff for Claims position once approved/rejected.

* Update Clause 32 programme with Planner to represent change

* Update Clause 32 monthly for - month look ahead with Planner

* Communicate programme changes to Site Teams

All necesary UK Tax checks will be undertaken and bona-fide subconsultants will be treated as such
