We’re on the lookout for a motivated Team Leader to lead a small crew of 4 in producing top-quality products. If you're organised, positive, and always ready to roll your sleeves up – this could be your next big move! ?

? Location: Huddersfield (HD3 Area)
? Pay: £13.25 per hour (rising to £14.25!)
? Benefits:

⏰ Hours:
⏰ Mon–Thurs 6:00am–4:15pm (trialling Mon–Fri 6:00am–2:00pm)

? Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a production team of 4
Maintain output and quality in shower tray production
Organise workflow and ensure smooth operations
Get hands-on and support the team where needed
? Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience in manufacturing or physical work environments
Previous leadership or supervisory experience advantageous.
