Shift Pattern: Permanent Days – 6am to 6pm, Friday to Sunday

We are seeking a Lead Engineer to join our client's team in Middleton. This is a hands-on role, leading a small team of engineers to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of equipment in a busy manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and mentor a small team of engineers, providing technical guidance and support.

* Perform hands-on mechanical maintenance and repair tasks.

* Ensure equipment reliability and minimal downtime through proactive maintenance.

* Collaborate with production teams to meet operational goals.

What We’re Looking For:

* Apprentice-trained mechanical engineer.

* Proven leadership skills or experience managing small teams.

* Strong problem-solving ability with a hands-on approach.

* Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
