About the role:

Are you a passionate and enthusiastic teacher looking to inspire young minds? We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated KS2 Teacher to join our thriving school in Cheshunt this autumn term, starting in November 2024. As a KS2 Teacher at our school, you will have the opportunity to work with enthusiastic and curious students who are eager to learn and grow. You will be part of a collaborative team of educators who are dedicated to continuous improvement and innovation in teaching practices.

Application Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching KS2.

• A passion for education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Enthusiasm for continuous professional development and a proactive approach to teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver inspiring lessons that cater to the diverse needs of all students.

• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes mutual respect and encourages active participation.

• Monitor and assess students’ progress, providing constructive feedback and support to help them reach their goals.

• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support the holistic development of each child.

• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events to contribute to the overall school community.
