Office Administrator
Location: Anstey, LE7
Salary: Up to £19,000 per annum (Depending on age and experience)
Hours: 35 hours Monday to Friday plus working one Saturday in four

The Role
Duties for this role include: -
Dealing with daily enquiries via post, telephone, and email.
Managing diaries with viewings, inspections, inventories etc.
Providing support such as paperwork, data entry, scanning, photocopying, and printing
Supporting members of our team with workload and tasks as requested.
Skills & Qualifications
Good written and verbal communication to speak with owners, tenants, utilities and much more.
Friendly and personable attitude and able to work as part of a team.
Driving Licence (Essential)
Friendly and personable attitude
Able to work as part of a team
Previous lettings experience
Self-motivated and outgoing team player
