Responsibilities of the Switchboard Operator:
Answering incoming calls in a timely efficient manner
Directing calls to relevant team members
Taking messages as need and relaying to the relevant team member
Ensuring an excellent customer experience at all times
 Ad hoc duties as required by the business
Required Skills & Experience:
Experience providing excellent reception duties
Excellent attention to detail
Must be an effective communicator with an exceptional telephone manner
Must be highly organised and able to prioritise
