In this role, you will be responsible for delivering training sessions to apprentices going for their Electrical qualifications. You will also work alongside the delivery team to help improve & develop the Electrical curriculum & course material. You will play an important part in inspiring apprentices to fulfil their potential and develop the skills to become a qualified engineer.

The successful candidate for this role will be have knowledge and experience of Electrical Installations. They will hold a Level 3 qualification and have a solid level of industry experience. They will be willing to work towards obtaining a Teaching qualification.

The Role:

Delivering training sessions to engineering apprentices
Liaising with employers & apprentices to monitor the apprentices' progress
Collaborate with the Engineering team to improve & develop the training materials

The Person:

Electrical Installations Experience
Level 3 Qualification
Strong industry background
Willing to work towards obtaining a Teaching qualification
