Mobile Electrical Engineer

We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Electrical Engineer to join our client's mobile team. Our client is a well renowned building service provider, known for progressing their engineers internally within the organisation by providing additional training, internal progression and valuable career experience. In exchange, you will receive a valuable package which includes private healthcare, buy / sell holiday scheme, and a company profit share scheme. 

Our client cater towards their engineers, providing a catchment area which will be convenient towards their engineers. For this role, you will be covering several commercial sites within London, carrying out PPM and Reactive Maintenance, liaise with sub contractors, keep logbooks updated and keep a good relationship with the client.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be fully qualified in Electrical Installations (City and Guilds / EAL / NVQ or equivalent), at least 3 years experience in commercial maintenance, great communication skills and a full UK driving license.

Duties:

PPM and Reactive Maintenance 
Electrical Fault-Finding
Single & Three Phase Power
Emergency Lighting
Fire Alarms
Sprinkler systems
AHUs, FCUs
Generators
Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc).
Pumps & Motors
BMS Operation
Site Folders, Elogbooks, Managing Contractors
Requirements:

Fully qualified in Electrical Installations (City and Guilds / EAL / NVQ or equivalent) 
At least 3 years experience in commercial maintenance 
Great communication skills 
A full UK driving license 
Familiar handling site folders, E-logbooks and other documents 
Salary and Benefits:

£45,000 - £47,000 per annum
