Assembly Operator – Nightshift – Havant
Salary: Dependent on experience + 33% Night Shift Uplift

Copello is partnered with a global leader in innovative technology, driving sustainability in the Marine and Energy sectors. We’re looking for a dedicated Nightshift Assembly Operator to join our team and help us push the boundaries of engineering while working in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment.

Shift Pattern:

* Monday – Thursday: 9.45pm – 7.30am

* Training (8 weeks): Monday – Thursday 2:30pm – 10:30pm, Friday 12:30pm – 8:30pm

What You'll Do:

* Manual Assembly: Assemble Omega Bellows Spring and carbon face seal assemblies.

* Powder Coating: Apply coatings to components and ensure quality control.

* Marshalling: Ensure the correct quantity and quality of parts.

* Communication & Collaboration: Work with operations teams to meet targets.

* Safety: Maintain strict adherence to H&S procedures and ensure quality production.

* Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas to enhance processes and procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

* Experience in an engineering or production environment.

* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

* Mechanically astute with manual dexterity and the ability to work with heavier items.

* Flexible, can-do attitude, and willingness to learn new skills.

* Familiarity with health & safety procedures and attention to detail.

* Experience with fibreglass, resin, or brazing (ideal but not required).
