Job Title: Litigation Team Leader

Salary: £50,000 to £55,000

Location: Sheffield

Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be hiring a Litigation Team Leader/Legal Manager for a fantastic company in Sheffield.

The Candidates responsibilities:

Oversee the performance of both the legal team as well as the litigation team
End to end litigation and case management
Ensuring the team meets all targets
Implementing new processes to continuously improve employee productivity and company success
Manage all client's needs and expectations
Liaising with the Litigation Solicitor in relation to all elements of day to day work to ensure all processes are monitored, managed and completed effectively and efficiently

Skills Needed:

Previous experience working in a Team Leader role in Litigation would be ideal
Understanding of Litigation is desirable
Attention to detail is key as the successful candidate will be dealing with correspondence and documentation
The ability to use own initiative and work well under pressure
