Registered Manager – Supported Living/Residential 
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Manchester
 
Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for an exciting new opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated and driven professional to lead our supported living service, ensuring the highest quality of care and compliance with CQC standards.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the supported living service
Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and maintain high-quality care standards
Conduct audits, write reports, and implement action plans to drive service improvement
Lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated team of staff
Work closely with external professionals, families, and stakeholders to provide person-centred support
Manage budgets and ensure efficient service delivery
 
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Registered Manager in a supported living/residential setting
Level 4 or 5 NVQ in leadership and management 
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and experience in inspections
Proven track record in conducting audits and writing reports
Excellent leadership and management skills
A passion for delivering outstanding care and support
