Network Engineer - UK Central Government (Defence)

? Role: Network Engineer
? Contract Length: Until 31st March 2024
? Location: Hereford (full-time onsite with potential UK-wide travel)
? Pay Rate: £550 per day
? IR35 Status: Inside IR35

Key Requirements:

? CCNP Enterprise certification (essential)
? 3+ years' experience supporting complex campus area (CAN) and wide area (WAN) networks (essential)
? Experience with IP cryptography, Linux OS, and network logging/analysis tools (desirable)
? Familiarity with Splunk or Elastic for network support, reporting, and alerting (desirable)? Additional Skills:

Strong technical competency and experience supporting production networks
Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of working within military structures
